Meet the Team Behind the Scenes

We’re all about personal growth and building connections with incredible people. What started as a small idea in our bedrooms has blossomed into a vibrant global company with 350 talented team members in 23 countries. In just under 10 years, we’ve grown from zero to €40 million by embracing both organic growth and exciting opportunities in an industry that’s known for being challenging.

But it’s not just about the numbers for us! We love taking part and sharing our experiences, whether it's hosting TED Talks, speaking to hundreds of schools or taking on 100-mile race we are always striving to push ourselves. Our real passion lies in creating genuine friendships with like-minded individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and support each other on our journeys.

Why is the group male only?

  • We want to clarify that this event is not about male empowerment or diminishing women’s contributions—in fact, it has nothing to do with that at all! We’ve chosen to focus on a male-only format based on insights we’ve gained from years of experience in life and business.

  • Men often find it challenging to forge meaningful connections, especially later in life. Additionally, there is a strong desire among men to participate in impactful experiences, yet they often lack a sufficient network of like-minded individuals to facilitate this.

  • By hosting a single-gender event, we aim to create a comfortable atmosphere where participants can engage more freely, fostering personal and professional growth. Our goal is to help men connect, share, and thrive together.
